Four-element eyepieces are important parts of the optical design of this model.

The body is made of shockproof plastic that protects the optics from accidental impact. The binoculars body is filled with nitrogen - a harmless colorless and odorless gas that prevents the lenses from fogging. Hermetic design provides a high waterproof level. Despite their compact size, Levenhuk Vegas ED 8x32 are adaptable to a tripod. A standard 1/4" thread is covered with a tripod socket cover that does not disturb the hermetically sealed body.
