The Baitrunner freespool mechanism is simple to use and disengages automatically with a turn of the handle, providing trouble and accident free operation. And whilst the Baitrunner ST doesn’t come with a large price tag, you do still get over 30 years of Shimnao Baitrunner experience.$ With a satin black coloured XT-7 body and rotor the Baitrunner ST FB certainly looks the part and blends perfectly with most feeder and specialist rods. The advanced Varispeed line lay produces excellent line lay which makes casting easier and more accurate, especially on small waters where you might be casting next to islands. The 2500 size is perfect for feeder and bomb fishing on small waters when fishing for carp or other hard fighting fish, whilst the 4000 size offers more versatility and power making it suitable for all general, pleasure and specialist fishing.
